Group Op de Beeck was founded in 1993 by Geert Op de Beeck, who took over the business from his father, René Op de Beeck, then manager of an AVEVE store. These activities included the trade in fodder and manure, to which Geert added the trading of potato by-products as animal feed. In order to provide logistical support to his customers, the transport company Orgacom bv was soon established.
More than 30 years later, Group Op de Beeck has grown into a versatile and integrated organisation. The product range has been significantly expanded to include, for example, bark and substrates. The transport activities have also experienced strong growth. Over the years, the transport companies Henrard sa and Vervoer Schellens bv have been acquired. Thanks to this evolution, the group is now able to offer solutions for a wide range of logistical requirements. Through its accumulated knowledge and experience, Group Op de Beeck has become an established player in its field.
