Lava

Properties

Lava is a porous natural rock originating from the Eifel region.
The rock has a reddish-brown color.

Under normal circumstances, lava only needs to be applied once.

This lava is used as ground cover in ornamental gardens, but also as a filter in ponds, aquariums, etc.
The recommended height per layer is 5 to 6 cm.

The rock has a high hardness and good water management properties. It is also water-permeable, which provides a natural and environmentally friendly filtering effect.
